3. Pricing

- Prices may change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.
- Government taxes, park fees, tolls, entry tickets or local charges may be extra wherever applicable.
4. Payment Policy
- Payments must be made using the payment options available on our website.
- Partial or full advance payment may be required depending on the selected package.
- Bookings may be cancelled automatically if payment is not received within the specified time.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate personal details during booking.
- Carrying valid government-issued identity proof.
- Ensuring passport and visa validity for international travel.
- Arriving at the departure point on time.
- Following all local laws and destination regulations.
6. Travel Documents
It is the customer's responsibility to obtain and carry all necessary travel documents including identity proof, visas, permits, vaccination certificates or any other documents required by authorities.
7. Changes to Booking
Any modification request after confirmation will depend on availability and may attract additional charges imposed by hotels, airlines, transport operators or other service providers.
8. Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation requests must be submitted through our official support channels. Applicable cancellation charges will be deducted according to supplier policies and the selected holiday package.
9. Cancellation by NexTrip Holidays
In rare circumstances, bookings may be cancelled due to operational reasons, supplier issues or circumstances beyond our control. Customers may be offered an alternative arrangement or refund as applicable.
10. Third-Party Services
NexTrip Holidays works with hotels, transport operators, airlines, activity providers and destination partners. We act as a booking facilitator and are not responsible for delays, cancellations, overbooking, strikes, weather disruptions, or deficiencies in services provided by third-party suppliers.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Floods
- Earthquakes
- Pandemics
- Government restrictions
- Political unrest
- War
- Airline strikes
- Extreme weather conditions
12. Website Usage
Users shall not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to the website.
